Policies


  • No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited in any livable area of the Inn.​
  • No Parties or Events allowed.
  • No Fireworks or Candle Burning anywhere on the property.
  • No Outside Grills on the patio.
  • No Target Shooting or use of ANY firearms on the property.
  • We DO NOT charge Pet Fees. However, please adhere to the following rules:
  1. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  2. Pets should be on a leash at all times and should stay away from wandering in neighboring yards.
  3. Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the furniture at any time and should only be kept in the designated areas.
  • Check-In - 4:00 pm or after
  • Check-Out - 10:00 am or before
  • Renter should be 25yrs of age or older.
  • Cancellation Policy -
  1. Full refund: If canceled within 48 hours after booking, get back 100% of what you paid.
  2. Partial refund: If canceled more than 30 days to your date of arrival, get back 50% of every night. No refund of the service fee.
  3. No refund: If canceled 30 or less than 30 days to your arrival, there is no refund.
  • Damage Security Deposit - Damage Security deposit is fully refundable, provided the following provisions are met (A log of before and after pictures of the property is maintained to avoid any conflicts) -
  1. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside
  2. All keys are left in the lock box and Inn is left locked.
  3. Any soiled dishes should be cleaned.
  4. No damage is done to the property or its contents this includes inside and outside area
