Our Policies
No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited in any livable area of the Inn. Evidence of smoking shall
result in the loss of security deposit. This property is maintained smoke-free and no compromises shall
be made to keep it so. Renter should be Minimum 25 years old or above age.
No Grills - Grills or any other kind of fire is strictly prohibited on the property including patio, yard, and/ or
front porch.
Reservations - Reservations will be finalized when money for entire rental period and security deposit(s) are
received. An confirmation email will be sent on receipt of money.
Security Deposit - $150.00 security deposit will be due within 3 business days. Security deposit will be
returned after stay if property is found in the same condition as before occupancy. A log of before and after
pictures of the property is maintained to avoid any conflicts.
Cleaning Charge - Our cleaning charge is $60.00 which would be added to your final rate.
Cancellation Policy - Deposit will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 15 days of reservation
date. Minimum $150 cancellation fee is applicable irrespective.
Check-in - 4:00 p.m. (or possible earlier time - for further possibilities contact Inn 2 days prior to the date of
arrival)
Check-in Policy - During the time of check-in it would truly be appreciated if our guest could kindly report any
dissatisfaction/expectations to the owner including but not limited to temperature adjustment of Central Air, extra
pillows, extra towels, extra napkins.
Check-out - 10:00 a.m. (a call should be made half an hour before the checkout)
Pets - Pets should be kept ONLY in designated areas.
