Our Policies
No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited in any livable area of the Inn. Evidence of smoking shall
result in the loss of security deposit. This property is maintained smoke-free and no compromises shall
be made to keep it so. Renter should be Minimum 25 years old or above age.
Cancellation Policy - Once reserved Cancellation fee of Two hundred dollars ($200) will be charged
irrespective.A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations or changes that result in
a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and
reservation deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Inclusive Fees – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
Grills - Grills or any kind of fire is strictly prohibited on the property including patio, yard, and/ or front porch.
Reservations - Reservations will be finalized when money for entire rental period and security deposit(s) are
received. An confirmation email will be sent on receipt of money.
Security Deposit - Security deposit is fully refundable, provided the following provisions are met (A log of
before and after pictures of the property is maintained to avoid any conflicts),
• No damage is done to the Inn or its contents.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside
• Any soiled dishes should be cleaned.
• All keys are left in the lock box and Inn is left locked.
• If key is lost a charge of $25 is incurred.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
Cleaning Charge - Our cleaning charge is $70.00 which would be added to your final rate.
Check-in - 4:00 p.m.or after
Check-in Policy - During the time of check-in it would truly be appreciated if our guest could kindly report any
dissatisfaction/expectations to the owner including but not limited to temperature adjustment of Central Air.
Driver's License or State ID is required at the time of Check-in.
Check-out - 10:00 a.m. (a call should be made half an hour before the checkout)
Pets - Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up of any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any
time and should be kept ONLY in the designated areas. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra
cleaning fees. Pets should be on leash and should stay away from wandering in neighboring yards.
During Stay – Before going out please make sure the cooking range is off, all the water taps are
closed and windows are closed, fire place is off. All outdoor games including but not limited to running,
Frisbees should be played out in the yard for your and your child’s protection. The owners are not responsible
for any accidents, injuries that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Homeowners are not responsible for
the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Fire Extinguisher is marked by the sign in the kitchen
area.
